Our San Diego Law Firm of Pinkerton, Doppelt & Associates, LLP has been at our current location for more than a decade and is located on the I-15 North and Bernardo Center Drive in San Diego, California. We practice in all family law cases including dissolution of marriage, divorce, legal separation, annulment and nullity of marriage, child custody, child visitation, child support, spousal support, alimony, asset and debt division as well as obtaining legal judgments from the local San Diego Courts. Our firm practices in all five of the San Diego Court Houses in which family law cases are heard: Central San Diego, Madge Bradley in San Diego, Vista, Chula Vista and El Cajon. Our law firm also represents clients in adoption and guardianship cases, and Estate Planning matters.

As such, we do not charge our family law clients for costs which most law firms charge for such as postage, parking, mileage, copying and fax [certain limited exceptions apply] which reduce costs associated with family law cases. We also discount our hourly rates for clients who mention they found our firm on the internet. We also offer flat fees on an individual case by case basis. Our firm cannot guarantee the results of any case however we will guarantee we will always do our best to give you the personal service you deserve.
