Pacific Beach is a neighborhood of San Diego bounded by the beautiful Pacific Ocean on the west and the 4500 acre water recreation center Mission Bay Park on the east. To the north is La Jolla and to the south Mission Beach. Pacific Beach, called "PB" by the residences, has a large population of young people, college students, and others who enjoy the beach lifestyle. PB has many bars, restaurants, clubs, and beach related activities such as surfing, sailing, kayaking, and jet skiing.

The beach is the focus of PB with its boardwalk, a two mile stretch of pavement next to the beach where you can walk, jog, bike, or rollerblade. Crystal Pier in the middle of the boardwalk is a large wooden pier where you can also fish and spend the night over the waves. PB is the most popular beach in San Diego and often draws large crowds in the summer and on holidays.

This term encompasses contested/uncontested divorce, legal separation, annulment, paternity, alimony, child support, child custody/visitation, child and spousal support, temporary restraining orders, division of all property (real and personal), division of all pensions, retirements, annuities, etc., and division of all debts. We prepare Marital Settlement Agreements which are incorporated into the Judgment of Dissolution.

Family law also includes paternity matters, registered domestic partnership divorce and legal separation, arranging DNA testing, pre nuptial agreements, post judgment enforcement motions and modifications.

Our firm is located in Rancho Bernardo, California in the southwest corner of the Clock Tower Office Complex off the I-15 at Bernardo Center Drive and is convenient to La Jolla. We are located on the second floor and have two four by eight foot signs which can be seen from the I-15 northbound. We have free parking and an elevator. We are members of the San Diego County Better Business Bureau and also the San Diego County Bar Association. Our limited liability partnership is registered with the State Bar of California. Our office is open Monday through Friday from Sam to 5pm and closed on all legal holidays.
