Cardiff-by-the-Sea, or Cardiff, is a beach community in San Diego County that is located near Encinitas and Solana Beach. The beach and lagoon in Cardiff is located to the south of the community. Although the city operates as part of the community of Encinitas, Cardiff has its own zip code. There are two schools in Cardiff; they are Cardiff Elementary and Ada Harris Elementary. Residents of Cardiff utilize the North County Regional Center on 325 South Melrose in Vista, for their family law needs. Most of the operations that function at the downtown branch also function at this branch and the court hears Family Law, Adoption and Minor Offense cases, among others.

Our office is located about 20 minutes from Cardiff-by-the-Sea in Rancho Bernardo. We are located on Bernardo Center Drive in the Clock Tower Office Complex. Our office is on the second floor on the southwest corner of the building. We are open from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and closed for all legal holidays.
